Job summary

OERTZENGroup in Atlanta, GA seeks an Executive Recruiter to own end-to-end executive search projects, from client discovery to placement, across industries.

You will build cross-border client relationships, conduct market research, map targets, and negotiate offers. This role offers autonomy with a clear path to Team Lead, and requires travel 10-15%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in agency executive search, high-volume recruitment, corporate talent acquisition, or professional sales.
• Fluent in a second language, preferably German.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong business judgment.
• Ability to own recruitment projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% for client visits and events.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of executive search projects from intake to placement.
• Conduct discovery sessions to define requirements and design search plans.
• Research and map targets, build talent pipelines across channels.
• Conduct executive interviews, assess against client needs, present shortlists.
• Negotiate offers and closures with candidates and clients.
