TLC Wellness in Audubon, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Coach to support clients across the lifespan with goal-oriented coaching. The role emphasizes skill development, behavior change, and real-world functioning, while staying separate from clinical therapy.

The position offers flexible scheduling, both in-person and virtual, and a fee-for-service arrangement. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and coaching certification, with experience in behavioral health or education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Certification in coaching (ICF or equivalent) required.
• Experience with children, adolescents, adults, or families in behavioral health or educational settings.
• Strength-based, practical, and action-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to individuals and families based on area of expertise.
• Help clients set goals, build routines, and improve follow-through.
• Teach practical strategies to improve daily functioning and independence.
• Collaborate with therapists and other providers while maintaining coaching boundaries.
