Job summary

The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy across age groups. The role combines office-based work with telehealth options, offering autonomy and professional growth within TLC Wellness.

You'll conduct evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment that values client outcomes and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• PA license required or in active pursuit with supervision provided.

What You Bring:

• Full-Time Expectations: Average of 25 client hours per week.
• Compensation: This is a salary-based position. Opportunity for bonus structure in addition to salary if net average of clients seen exceeds the 25 client hours a week.
