Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role partners with functional leaders to align strategy, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies for the company’s first commercial launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or another Advanced Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of life sciences industry experience including marketing, sales and commercial operations.
• Extensive commercial launch experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, succinct communication.
• Ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders across teams.
• Proven decision-making and sound judgment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
• Proven track record of launching products globally and in the US.
• Strong project management and ability to lead launch teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the integrated commercial launch timeline and cross-functional plans.
• Support the Commercial Leadership Team with agenda setting and follow-up.
• Coordinate ILT and ensure collaboration across functions.
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and evaluate expansion opportunities.
• Develop strategic slide decks and briefing materials for executive team and board.
• Build commercialization plan for future product launches.
