Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated launch roadmap with milestones.
• Translate objectives into functional plans and resources.
• Establish governance, cross-functional launch team and decision rights.
• Lead focused meetings with clear agendas and action items.
• Provide leadership updates on readiness and decisions.
• Maintain risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies register.
• Assist in readiness reviews and launch simulations.
