MANTECH seeks a motivated Manager of Contracts Administration in Herndon, VA for a hybrid schedule (2-3 days on site). You will serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping strategic customer relationships and directing full lifecycle contract administration to align with corporate goals.

Responsibilities include leading contract strategies pre- and post-award, mentoring teams, optimizing revenue and margins, collaborating with finance, legal, and business development, and maintaining

Qualificações

• 7+ years in senior government contract administration.
• Experience leading cross-functional contract teams.
• Track record managing diverse contract types (CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, FFP, OTA).
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Executive-level collaboration with program leaders and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic contact in executive meetings to resolve high-stakes issues.
• Direct pre- and post-award contract strategies and ensure compliance.
• Lead contract management teams; allocate resources and priorities.
• Structure agreements to optimize revenue and margins.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, program, finance, legal and BD.
• Oversee risk posture and integration of artifacts into systems.
• Maintain operations in SCIF environments as required.
