Job summary

Access, a women-owned and women-led destination management company, is seeking an Events Manager in Hawaii to lead and coordinate corporate events from strategy to execution. You will partner with Sales and Creative teams, manage vendors, control budgets, and drive operational excellence for WOW experiences for clients.

You will oversee staff and invoicing, seek profit opportunities, and ensure seamless partnerships with hotels and conference services.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing events.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational solutions to clients, seeking improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage all vendors required for a program.
• Own the Statement of Work, deposits, and final invoicing.
• Oversee Event Staff before and during events for consistent communication and excellence.
• Upsell services to improve the client experience.
• Own the budget with a goal of achieving gross profit targets.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and DMC to ensure seamless collaboration for the client.
• Maintain Salesforce data on ASO's and vendors; ensure vendors are vetted and approved.
• Ensure KPI's and Key Results are measured and met.
