Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum two years’ experience in finance and budget tracking.
• Experience in higher education or non-profit setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations of Advancement Events with a $1M+ budget.
• Develop annual and long-range expenditure forecasts and monitor budget performance.
• Coordinate vendor communication and contract review with internal partners.
• Create and implement documentation to improve project management workflows.
