Job summary

Ford Motor Company is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to attract, hire, and retain top talent in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will collaborate with EVDD and other teams to implement DEI-driven recruiting and build a diverse candidate slate for critical technical roles.

You will conduct intake meetings, actively source passive candidates, screen candidates, and manage a robust recruiting pipeline.

• 5+ years of recruiting experience and influence on inclusion and diversity in a company.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency with handling hard-to-close candidates in a competitive market.
• Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets.
• Own the entire candidate experience from initial contact to closing an offer.
• Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact.
• You are curious, researching market trends and domain technology.
• You ask for feedback and want to grow in your career.

Responsibilities

• Persistently pursue passive candidates via personalized reach-outs.
• Be an advocate for DEI both internally and externally.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess fit for positions.
• Source high-caliber candidates through networking, search tools, job boards, referrals, and events.
• Partner with hiring managers to extend offers and secure top talent.
• Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share data-centric updates with stakeholders.
• Establish meaningful relationships with management and cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Compensation, Diversity).
• Join projects related to employer branding and strategy.

• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
• Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy

• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency with handling hard to close candidates in a competitive market
• Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets
• Own the entire candidate experience to provide an outstanding experience to our candidates from initial contact to closing an offer
• Self-motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice
• You are curious. You look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile; researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.
