Core States Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Electric Vehicle Infrastructure in Ontario, CA. You will support nationwide EV charging deployments, coordinating design, permitting, procurement, and construction across internal teams and clients.

The role emphasizes organized documentation, risk management, and adherence to schedules and budgets within a flexible, hybrid work environment. A strong engineering or related background with relevant experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, or project management work.
• Experience with EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or utility coordination.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers in client-facing roles to deliver nationwide EV charging projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, action items, deliverables, meetings, and communications among clients, design consultants, contractors, utilities, equipment vendors, and internal teams.
• Track design progress, permitting submissions, utility requirements, procurement milestones, construction activities, inspections, and energization dates.
• Review drawings, site plans, specifications, and project documentation for completeness and alignment with project scope.
• Maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and financial records.
