• 5+ years in Test Data Management (TDM).

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL testing and TDM teams; set testing strategy.
• Ensure source-to-target validation, data completeness, accuracy.
• Drive data lineage validation and data comparison.
• Champion automation-first testing and AI-driven tools.
• Align testing with SDLC standards and shift-left testing.
