Job summary

ProMach’s CL&D division in Hartland, WI, seeks an Estimator to coordinate quotes from initial inquiry to production transition. You’ll work across Sales, Operations, and R&D, creating accurate specifications, templates, and test orders.

The hybrid schedule is three days in-office and two days at home, with collaboration across multiple departments to ensure timely, precise quotes. You’ll leverage ERP systems, Excel, and Illustrator to prepare documentation, review specs, and manage project data.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintaining data records.
• Exposure to manufacturing, printing, or technical quoting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining technical info clearly.
• Strong numerical skills with dimensions, specs, pricing, and costs.
• Basic algebra skills and proficiency with calculators and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization and time-management for multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Willingness to learn CL&D’s printing processes, systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and ensure requirements are complete before moving forward.
• Prepare quote documentation: specifications, assumptions, materials, labor, costs.
• Enter and review project and customer data in CL&D's ERP/CRM systems.
• Create and manage qualification materials for new customers and projects.
• Create and update technical drawings and templates using Illustrator.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to clarify information.
