Job summary

Altium Packaging in Atlanta, GA, seeks an ERP Analyst II to advance our Oracle Fusion ERP transformation while supporting the existing JD Edwards environment. You will translate business needs into practical solutions and manage enhancements from discovery through post-go-live support in a hybrid office setting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead testing, govern data changes, and develop SOPs and training.

Qualifications

• Supports, implements and enhances Oracle Fusion ERP in manufacturing/distribution environments.
• Experience with ERP configurations and testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and roll-out of Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Map current and future-state processes with stakeholders.
• Configure solutions and lead testing (unit, integration, UAT).
• Manage ticket intake, triage, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Govern master and transactional data changes across functional areas; ensure data quality and corrective actions.
• Develop SOPs, job aids, test scripts, and training materials; deliver trainings and change communications.
• Support SOX compliance and proper segregation of duties; enforce change controls.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize processes to reduce defects.
• Lead small projects/workstreams with timelines, testing, and stakeholder updates.
• Build and modify reports and dashboards; translate needs into insights.
• Cross-train peers to reinforce consistent ways of working.
