Job summary

Aspida is seeking a skilled ERP professional to serve as Oracle ERP Manager, leading functional design, configuration, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The role oversees a distributed, overseas team of analysts and consultants, ensuring high-quality solutions and timely operations.

The position reports to Finance leadership and is onsite in Durham three days a week. You will drive requirements, manage release cycles, and partner with IT and external partners to improve processes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience (Finance preferred).
• At least 3+ years in a functional lead or managerial role.
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules configuration, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Own functional design, configuration, and testing for Oracle Fusion enhancements and releases.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specs.
• Manage cross-team delivery, vendor relations, and SOWs with external partners.
• Oversee governance, change control, and documentation across financial systems.
• Act as primary liaison between Finance, IT, and stakeholders.
