Job summary

Atlanta Public Schools is seeking an ERP Integration Developer to join the Oracle ERP team. The role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing integrations, data conversions, and technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has strong systems thinking, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations in the public sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Additional years of equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
• Preferred Oracle certifications (OIC, OCI, ERP Cloud)

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for resolving technical issues.
• Build and maintain FBDI and HDL-based data loads, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define integration requirements, data transformation rules, and end-to-end system flow.
• Supports data conversion efforts for phased go-lives, including legacy-to-Oracle data migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, and cutover support.
• Participates in design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions.
• Evaluates and implements new Oracle Cloud features as part of quarterly updates.
• Contributes to ERP stabilization efforts following new module implementations and phased expansions.
• Produces and maintains technical documentation: integration specifications, data mapping, sequence diagrams, test scripts, and runbooks.
