Indigo Beam Consulting is seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong business knowledge in supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role is not tied to a specific ERP platform; experience with commercial ERP solutions or homegrown business systems is welcome.

The ideal candidate will translate operational needs into functional requirements, identify improvements, and support deployment, testing, and reporting. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP experience in manufacturing/supply chain or distribution.
• Strong understanding of core manufacturing and business processes.
• Translate business needs into ERP configuration and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting.
• Familiar with ERP customization and system integrations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end processes including procurement, inventory, order to cash.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Support ERP or homegrown systems and assist in testing and deployment.
• Lead or support workshops, write functional specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop functional documentation and training materials.
