Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Class of 2024 or 2025.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience with sophisticated transactional work at a law firm.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters.
- Admission to the Illinois Bar (required).
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on ERISA-related issues in complex financing transactions.
- Analyze regulatory and compliance considerations affecting lenders, investors, and funds.
- Support transactional teams across domestic and international financing matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft transaction-related documentation and analyses.
- Collaborate with attorneys across finance, private equity, and investment fund practices.
