Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or investing roles across M&A, leveraged finance, capital markets, private equity, or private credit.
• Strong modeling capabilities across LBO, structured equity, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to assess both credit risk and equity upside.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced deal environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving end-to-end execution across structured equity, junior capital, and opportunistic private equity transactions.
• Building and owning advanced financial models across LBO, structured equity, and downside scenarios.
