Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a back-office loan operations team.
• Proven ability to resolve escalated client issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to staff within a medium/moderately complex operational unit.
• Oversee direct reports managing multiple processes in the bank's Equipment Financing Lending and Leasing portfolio.
• Address escalated issues, identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Support hybrid work arrangement with on-site 2 days per week.
