Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure (SEGI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects from contract award through final completion. This role manages safety, quality, schedule, budget, contract compliance, and client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

The PM serves as the primary interface with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring objectives are met through planning, risk management, and execution.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree required or technical equivalent.
• 5-10 years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of project controls and procurement processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project execution from contract handover through closeout, ensuring compliance with obligations and procedures.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, budget, scope, and overall performance.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and QA activities.
• Manage risks, change orders, claims, and corrective actions.
• Review contracts and project requirements with commercial teams.
• Oversee supplier, vendor, and subcontractor performance and delivery.
• Prepare status reports and executive communications to clients and leadership.
• Support startup, turnover, warranties, lessons learned, and client acceptance.
• Promote safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
