Job summary

AECOM in Wisconsin is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager to lead delivery for key clients, manage soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water remediation programs, and drive project outcomes.

The role is hybrid (office and remote) with opportunities to collaborate across projects and accounts, and to develop client relationships while ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field, and 4+ years of relavant environmental remediation experienceor demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident. Sponsorship is not avaliable at this time or in the future for this position.
• This role is subject to a background check and motor vehicle records check (valid driver’s license required).

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the preparation of work plans and organizing project studies.
• Interfacing directly with technical project managers and project teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Understanding and incorporating client requirements in the management of projects, including commercial contract terms, change management processes, financial performance KPIs, etc.
• Using client and AECOM-prescribed tools to track and manage financial aspects of projects.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet budgetary objectives, while adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Wisconsin state regulatory requirements and environmental standards is preferred.
