Job summary

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Remediation Team Leader to join our Wisconsin team in Oshkosh. This hybrid role combines office and remote work while leading soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water investigation and remediation programs.

You will oversee work plans, coordinate with project managers, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while applying Wisconsin environmental standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering/Geology and 6+ years in

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field is required.
6+ years of relevant environmental remediation experience, including site investigation and remediation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Background check and motor vehicle records check are required.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the preparation of work plans and organizing project studies.
Interfacing directly with technical project managers and project teams to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
Understanding and incorporating client requirements in project management, including contract terms, change management, and KPI tracking.
Using client and AECOM tools to track and manage financial aspects of projects.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adjusting constraints based on financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of Wisconsin state regulatory requirements and environmental standards is preferred.
