Spencer Ogden is partnering with a growing environmental consulting firm to add a Project Engineer to its Seattle-area team. The role focuses on environmental restoration for DoD installations across Washington and Alaska, involving CERCLA and RCRA projects, RI/FS, and remedial design.

The position offers hybrid work in the Seattle area with periodic field assignments in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates with 8+ years of environmental consulting or engineering experience and strong regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of environmental consulting or engineering experience.
• Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, USTs, contaminated soil or groundwater.
• Experience with remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial actions, or remedial design.

Responsibilities

• Support CERCLA/RCRA environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Prepare technical documents including assessments, investigations, RI/FS, work plans and reports.
• Evaluate contaminated soil and groundwater data.
• Assist with remediation system installation, operation, maintenance and optimization.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and field activities.
• Analyze environmental data and present findings through reports and presentations.
• Work with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support DoD/NAVFAC projects and field assignments across the Pacific Northwest.
