Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience not required for this entry-level role.
• Knowledge of power systems concepts and grid operations is helpful.
• Familiarity with industry simulation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to establish and update grid operating limits and document procedures.
• Conduct operating studies and contingency analyses for reliable grid operation.
• Assist in developing operating plans and procedures that meet reliability standards.
• Model transmission constraints to support efficient market operations.
• Provide engineering support for model validation and price investigations.
• Develop automated tools to monitor transmission system performance.
