Sentry is seeking an entry-level Claims Representative to join our Commercial Auto & Equipment team in Stevens Point, WI. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with occasional at-home work, and remote work is not available.

• Previous insurance related and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify coverage, compensability, and reasonable payments by reviewing policies and accident details.
• Develop investigative claims skills by reviewing statements, police reports, and evidence.
• Evaluate claims exposure and establish timely reserves.
• Document decisions, communications, and discussions throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Assist customers with empathy, explaining the claims process and status.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licensing requirements.
