Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–2 years accounting experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Bonus: Experience with SAP and BlackLine; CPA candidate or intent to pursue CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications, with supporting documentation.
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve open items promptly.
• Support month-end close tasks and assist in financial reporting packages.
• Cover a subset of key accounting areas (cash, debt, intercompany, fixed assets, lease accounting) as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes using AI tools and document procedures.
