Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in program coordination, event planning, financial management, or related administrative role, preferably in education or nonprofit settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Business Center.
• Book and schedule sessions, workshops, and events.
• Coordinate with guest speakers, business owners, and industry experts.
• Build relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and the community.
• Assist in planning and executing events related to entrepreneurship and economic development.
• Provide administrative support including calendars, reports, and correspondence.
• Promote events and programs via social media, newsletters, and university communications.
• Manage program expenses and budget; prepare financial reports.
• Track program metrics and outcomes.
