The role requires strong administrative, financial, and communication skills, with flexibility for some evening/weekend hours. Hybrid on-campus and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Business Center, ensuring a productive environment for students, faculty and entrepreneurs.
• Schedule sessions, workshops, and events for CEED, ensuring smooth operations and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with guest speakers, business owners, and industry experts for CEED programs.
• Build relationships with local businesses and the community to support CEED initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing events related to entrepreneurship and economic development.
• Provide administrative support including calendars, reports, and CEED correspondence.
• Promote events and programs via social media, newsletters and university communications.
• Manage program expenses and budget, prepare financial reports and assist in planning.
• Track expenses related to events, speakers, supplies and CEED activities.
• Assist in tracking program metrics and outcomes for CEED initiatives.
