Job summary

Iris Software seeks a Crypto/Blockchain Architect to lead enterprise architecture for tokenization platforms in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will define target-state architectures, bridge traditional finance with decentralized systems, and guide governance across backend, DApps, and smart contracts.

You will oversee security, audits, and upgradeability patterns while mentoring teams and shaping platform roadmaps for institutional custody workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production-grade Web3 or digital asset architectures.
• Proven track record delivering tokenization platforms or institutional crypto custody systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise EVM nodes and blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience defining integration approaches for MPC wallet infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of smart contract security, audit governance and gas optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, end-to-end tokenization architectures aligning UX, middleware, indexers, custody, and smart contracts.
• Provide direction for enterprise blockchain nodes and BaaS environments to support compliant, private networks.
• Own architectural decisions and drive governance through ADRs and reviews.
• Design and socialize target-state architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps across teams.
• Mentor developers and architects, supporting technical growth and succession planning.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure alignment with approved architectures.
