Iris Software Inc. seeks a Crypto/Blockchain Architect to lead architecture for tokenized asset platforms in Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week). The role drives enterprise solution strategy for real-world assets, digital securities, and institutional custody workflows.

You will define target-state architectures across backend services, smart contracts, and DApp experiences, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture for production-grade Web3 or digital asset applications.
• Proven track record guiding live tokenization platforms or institutional crypto custody systems.
• Strong architectural understanding of enterprise EVM nodes and blockchain infra platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, end-to-end tokenization architectures aligning UX, middleware, indexers, custody, and smart contracts.
• Provide direction for enterprise blockchain nodes and BaaS environments to support compliant networks.
• Mentor developers and architects to grow technical capability and ensure governance compliance.
