Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Care Expert to join our EnterpriseStart program in Omaha, NE. Training is 8–10 weeks on-site at our Omaha office, with no PTO during training.

After training, you will be in the office 2 days a week. You’ll join the Enterprise Support team delivering advanced, omnichannel technical support to enterprise clients, including restaurants and national brands.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Technical Support role
• Ability to learn the company's product suite quickly
• Comfortable escalating issues that fall outside documented guidance
• Solid understanding of how software, hardware and networks interact
• Strong communication and organizational skills across audiences

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, API integrations, and menu configuration issues for Enterprise customers
• Diagnose and resolve issues at the interface of company systems and third-party integrations
• Manage a mix of inbound cases across phone, chat, and email and track aging cases
• Triaging workload based on account tier and urgency per team guidelines
• Communicate technical issues in clear, actionable terms to non-technical staff
• Support de-escalation of high-stakes cases with escalation to managers or seniors
• Own issues through to resolution and coordinate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product as needed
• Share solutions in Slack and maintain case notes for peers
