Job summary
Eliassen Group is seeking a Technology Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and enterprise‑aligned solutions within Agile delivery teams in Charlotte, NC. You will translate business requirements into implementable architectures and guide technical decisions to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and enterprise architecture to drive delivery, evaluate emerging technologies, and manage architectural risks and tradeoffs while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience architecting scalable, secure enterprise solutions within Agile teams.
- Hands-on with .NET/C#, SQL, and Git in Azure or similar cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop high‑level solution architectures and oversee implementation to align with standards.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to assess feasibility, integration, scalability, and risks.
- Promote enterprise standards, patterns, and guardrails; propose improvements to Enterprise Architecture.
- Translate complex designs into clear communications for teams and leadership.
- Mentor delivery teams on technologies and AI-enabled development practices.
