Job summary

BrightonOne is seeking an Analyst, Enrollment and Eligibility Operations to manage back-office enrollment, eligibility, and billing activities. You will reconcile data, verify eligibility against DEERS/TRICARE rules, and support compliant operations from a hybrid Brighton, MA work location.

The role requires 2–5 years in related health plan operations, strong data accuracy, and experience with Excel and enrollment systems. Compliance with HIPAA and government security clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of enrollment, eligibility, billing, or health plan operations experience.
• High school diploma or GED; higher degrees preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and enrollment/billing systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment, disenrollment, and demographic/coverage changes accurately and timely.
• Analyze billing and premium activity; resolve discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliations between membership, eligibility, and billing systems.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors to resolve enrollment and billing issues; ensure HIPAA compliance.
