Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering tools support or operations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with automation tools and API integrations (REST/JSON).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage core engineering platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins).
• Oversee end-to-end ticket workflows and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and data quality.
• Deliver clear status updates and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process standardization and automation adoption.
