Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Charlotte, NC, seeks two Project Support Analysts to assist engineering projects, coordinating work orders, verifying change requests, and updating data in engineering systems.

You will collaborate with engineering, GIS, EAM, permitting, and vendors to ensure accurate records and timely reporting for utility and engineering operations projects. W-2 benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering project activities, including change requests and work order coordination.
• Experience updating data in engineering systems such as GIS and Maximo.
• Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Background in work order support, project documentation, permitting follow-up.
• Utility or engineering operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify change requests and confirm quantities with engineering.
• Submit GIS update requests to GIS team for Small World and My World.
• Confirm Maximo asset automation run and data completeness.
• Validate work order completion and closure with owners.
• Update Facilities Ratings Database and track communications.
• Collaborate with ARC Analysts to resolve failures.
• Coordinate with engineering on redlines and as-built completion.
• Follow up with permitting to close permits.
• Coordinate with vendors to address pending pulls.
• Provide team updates through project closeout.
• Complete CCFs monthly until closure.
• Adjust forecasts through project close.
• Send follow-up emails and monthly reports.
