Job summary

Coffman Engineers is seeking a Project Manager for our Woodland Hills office. The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated, energetic team player with ten plus years of project management, design, and construction experience.

Coffman’s office offers a small firm work environment with large firm opportunities. You would report directly to the local office Department Manager, project managing local projects and potentially projects across all Coffman offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or sciences.
• Minimum of 7+ years of related experience.
• Project or Construction Management experience in relevant industries.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage local projects and potentially projects across Coffman's 23 offices.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers.
• Develop proposals, execution plans and technical engineering reports.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
