NESC Staffing Corp. in Tampa, FL, seeks a Project Engineering Manager with deep EPC and refinery experience to lead engineering and construction activities. The role focuses on schedule and budget compliance, cross-discipline coordination, and delivering safe, quality projects.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering, 15+ years in engineering/construction, 5+ years in EPC project engineering management, and preferably PE licensed. This hybrid role requires on-site presence in the office.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience
• 15+ years' experience in engineering and construction
• 5+ years' project engineering management experience on EPC projects
• Significant experience with Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical projects

Responsabilidades

• Manages projects to meet or exceed project objectives per safety and quality standards
• Leads and motivates project team to complete projects while mitigating risks
• Reviews assigned project to define scope, procedures, schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists, and progress billing points
• Establishes contractor-client liaison network for informed progress
• Conducts regular project progress review meetings with team and management
