Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Product Manager in a hybrid role across Raleigh, NC; Austin, TX; or Chicago, IL, with potential US remote options.

You will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of the Resilient Infrastructure program, collaborating with security, product, and sales teams to align messaging and drive cross‑functional delivery. You will shape roadmap priorities, communicate with executives, and ensure transparent progress across multiple product areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years related work.
• Proven product, program, or security leadership experience in a large engineering org.
• Security-focused product and network security proficiency; attack surface reduction.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate to executives.
• Experience shaping program direction with structured accountability.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead strategy and execution of Resilient Infrastructure with high visibility.
• Coordinate with platform and security leaders to track roadmaps and risks.
• Define next phases of work and champion new opportunities across products.
• Partner with security and Sales/Customer Experience to align messaging.
• Maintain transparent program progress for senior leadership and external messaging.
