Job summary

Cisco is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy and day‑to‑day execution of the Resilient Infrastructure program within the Security & Trust Organization. You will collaborate with product, engineering, security research, sales, and customer experience teams to drive cross‑functional alignment and measurable progress.

The role requires extensive experience in security program leadership, strong executive communication, and the ability to translate complex security concepts into business

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's, 8 years with a Masters, or 5 years with a PhD in relevant fields.
• Proven experience in product management, technical program management, or security program leadership.
• Technical proficiency in product and network security, including attack surface reduction and secure-by-default design.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams and communicate complex tech to senior audiences.
• Experience shaping program direction and prioritization in large multi-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the strategy and execution of the Resilient Infrastructure program with high visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate with platform and security leadership to track roadmaps and identify risks for senior engineering leadership.
• Define next phases of work, emerging priorities, and opportunities to extend the program to new products and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal security, product-security incident response, Sales, and Customer Experience to align messaging and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain transparent progress updates for senior leadership and represent the program in executive discussions.
