Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years with Master’s, or 5+ years with PhD in product/technical/security program leadership.
• Proven experience leading product management, technical program management, or security programs in large multi‑platform engineering organizations.
• Technical proficiency in product and network security, including attack surface reduction and secure‑by‑default design.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to synthesize complex technical information for senior audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across cross‑functional teams and drive program direction and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the strategy and execution of the Resilient Infrastructure program with high visibility and accountability across major product areas.
• Coordinate with platform and security leadership to track roadmaps and identify risks for escalation to principal engineering leadership.
• Define program direction, identify priorities, and champion opportunities to extend security initiatives to new products and platforms.
• Partner with security research, incident response teams, Sales, and Customer Experience to align work and messaging with customers.
• Provide transparent progress updates to senior and executive leadership and ensure consistent internal/external messaging.
