Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 5 or more years of related work experience, including 0-2 years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, hardware/software testing, preferably in the networking or data center industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Software Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the key point of escalation for complex technical issues, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer challenges effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
