Job summary

Epsilon is seeking Engineering Interns to join high-performing technical teams across software development, data engineering, cloud and infrastructure, or product engineering. This internship includes an 11-week summer program with formal training, projects, and potential for full-time employment.

The role is hybrid—expect 2 days per week in the office—and offers exposure to a range of technologies and collaborative, cross-functional work with engineers, product teams, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in engineering, problem-solving and software design.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of scalable applications, services, or platforms.
• Participate in project planning, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to proprietary products and technologies for clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business partners to understand requirements.
• Help identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
• Create or update technical documentation and testing resources.
• Gain exposure to a variety of technologies and large-scale systems.
• Present progress and learnings to team members and stakeholders.
