Harris Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking an Energy Engineer to join our nationwide consulting team. The role focuses on energy modeling, audits, and commissioning across commercial buildings. You will review drawings, prepare data inputs, conduct onsite assessments, and develop technical reports for clients.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel across the United States. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities) required.
• 0-2 years of experience in the energy engineering field preferred.
• Experience with building energy modeling techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of energy efficiency technologies, HVAC systems and renewable systems.
• Travel throughout the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Energy Modelling: review drawings and inputs for building energy models.
• Conduct ASHRAE Level I/II/III energy audits and analyze utility data.
• Perform Retro-Commissioning studies and identify energy-saving measures.
• Execute Building Commissioning and generate final reports and manuals.
