Job summary

National Grid is seeking an entry level Customer Service Representative in Brooklyn to join its Customer Contact Center. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, update accounts, apply payments, and assist with service initiation and changes in a fast-paced, union-represented environment.

The role supports 24/7 operations with shifts that may include weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is required; some college is desirable, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Must reside within 2 hours of work location.
• Hybrid environment (remote and on-site) as needed.
• Must pass Company-supported assessments and training.
• Ability to multitask between multiple system applications.

Responsibilities
