Qualifications

• Must successfully pass HireVue assessment, classroom training, and meet performance expectations.
• Ability to multitask across multiple system applications.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer contacts including gas and electric inquiries, billing issues, and service changes.
• Update customer account information and apply customer payments.
• Schedule field orders and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide information on company programs and generate referrals to appropriate departments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and other channels.
