Job summary

AppDirect, through its BOX division, is seeking an Associate Channel Manager – Energy Industry (Entry-Level) in Westlake, TX. You will manage brokerage partners, assisting with pricing, contracting, and partner enablement in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with brokers, gain energy market knowledge, and support growth initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and partner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or a similar office-based role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong administrative and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing broker portfolio through outreach and onboarding.
• Own day-to-day management of broker accounts and support pricing and contracting.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner brokers to help win and retain customers.
