Job summary

AppDirect’s Broker Online Exchange (BOX) seeks an Account Manager Associate in Westlake, TX to manage brokerage partners and drive revenue in the deregulated energy market. You’ll price, contract, and support partners while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

You’ll onboard brokers, support them to win and retain customers, and collaborate with operations, pricing, and supplier partners to ensure a seamless contract cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of experience in Sales Support, Account Management Support, Business Administration, or similar office-based role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with strong administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for brokers, suppliers, and teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and identify a high-performing broker portfolio through outreach and onboarding.
• Own day-to-day management of broker accounts, pricing, and contracting.
• Serve as primary contact for partner brokers, providing proactive support and guidance.
• Support pricing and contracting processes, structuring competitive deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth quotes and contracts.
• Develop understanding of suppliers, products, pricing, and broker operations.

• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
