Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an Employment Specialist/Case Manager in Washington to support Medicaid clients 16+ with behavioral health or substance use disorders. You’ll assess strengths, develop job-readiness skills, and coach clients on resumes and interviews while advocating for their employment success.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with daily client travel in the community, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including Paid time off, holidays, and daily pay access.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in social services or employment support.
• Experience assisting individuals with behavioral health or substance use disorders.
• Ability to assess client strengths and assist with job readiness skills.
• Background checks and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' strengths and interests to aid employment goals.
• Assist with resume building and interview skills training.
• Provide advocacy, case management and coaching to support employment retention.
• Coordinate with community resources and client transportation as needed.
