Job summary

Clarvida in Spokane Valley is seeking an Employment Specialist/Case Manager to support Medicaid clients 16+ with substance use or behavioral health barriers to employment.

You will assess strengths and interests, help with resumes, interview skills, and build job readiness through relationship development and anxiety/depression management. This role acts as advocate, case manager, and skills coach, with a hybrid schedule and incentive-based pay opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services or related field
• CESP Certification with 1 year of relevant experience OR CRC Certification with 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ strengths and interests to aid in employment.
• Assist with resume building and interview skills.
• Develop employment-related skills such as relationship building and managing anxiety, depression, anger, etc.
