Clarvida is seeking an Employment Specialist/Case Manager to support Medicaid clients aged 16+ with substance use or behavioral health barriers in their job search.

You will assess strengths, aid in resume building and interview skills, and coach on employment readiness while acting as advocate and case manager to help clients succeed in work. This is a hybrid role with community-based travel and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years relevant experience, or a degree in Human Services or related field, or certifications with experience.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess client strengths and interests to aid job search and placement.
• Support resume building, interview skills, and employment readiness coaching.
• Advocate, case manage and provide skills coaching to help clients maintain employment.

Formação académica

High School Diploma/GED + 2 years relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/related field

CESP Certification (ESPCC) + 1 year experience

CRC Certification (CRCC) + 1 year experience

Fingerprinting/background checks

Valid driver’s license with clean record

About Your Role

As an Employment Specialist/Case Manager, you will work with Medicaid clients aged 16 and older who experience substance use disorders, or behavioral/mental health diagnoses, that hinder their ability to find employment. Working with your client, you will assess their strengths and interests to aid in the goal of finding employment. You will work together on resume building, interview skills, and employment skills such as relationship development and how to manage anxiety, depression, anger, etc. to maintain their position successfully. This position acts as an advocate, case manager, and skills coach, making a true impact in the lives of their clients.

• $24-$29/hour
• Daytime/evening flexible full time schedule
• Opportunity for additional incentive-based pay- up to 10% biweekly
• Hybrid work setting- travel to clients through the community

Does the following apply to you?

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and two (2) years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services, Social Services or related field; OR
• Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP) Certification issued by the Employment Support Professional Certification Council (ESPCC) and one (1) year of relevant/demonstrated experience
• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) Certification issued by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Council (CRCC) and one (1) year of relevant/demonstrated experience
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
